We primarily serve Riverside, Temecula, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Corona, Perris, and surrounding communities in the Inland Empire and Southern California. We reserve the right to decline service outside our standard service area at our discretion.
Standard service hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Emergency services may be available outside standard hours. Service availability is not guaranteed and is subject to technician availability, weather, and other conditions.
Any estimate or quote provided — whether online, by phone, or via text — is an approximation based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered at the time of service, additional work required, or changes to scope requested by the customer.
Our standard septic pumping services typically range from $350 to $500 depending on tank size, access, and condition. Additional services, parts, or repairs will be quoted separately.
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, and Zelle. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by calling (951) 231-0580. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Any warranty on parts or equipment is limited to the manufacturer's warranty. Labor warranties, if any, will be specified in writing at the time of service.
Our services are provided "as is" beyond what is expressly stated. We make no warranty that our services will resolve all issues with your septic system, particularly where pre-existing conditions or aging infrastructure are involved.
